With six premium properties in Dublin and Belfast, Glandore has provided an immediate set up and EMEA Headquarters for tech superstars like Facebook, Twitter and Dropbox as well as luxury lifestyle giants like Bulgari and Beats. In 2016, Glandore doubled its capacity in Dublin and was one of the first operators in Ireland to launch co-working space, to provide more flexible access to workspace for indigenous start-ups, freelancers, creatives and mobile corporates.

Through her experience in the flexible workspace and co-working industry over the last 10 years, Clare has developed a unique understanding of the trends, benefits and future of this new way to work. Prior to joining her family business, Clare obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Occupational Therapy from TCD and worked in the National Rehabilitation Centre for a number of years. Her experience in OT has fuelled her passion for workplace wellbeing as a means to attract, motivate and retain quality staff. Clare has created a wellness programme for Glandore members that focuses on wellness in mind, body and life including financial wellness. Clare also has a diploma from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Shane has responsibility for the delivery of approximately one million square feet of office accommodation. He is currently overseeing the completion of Vertium (172,000sq ft) on Burlington Road which is entirely pre-let to an international occupier. Other projects in the development pipeline include Spencer Place on the North Docks, Fibonacci Square at the AIB Bankcentre in Ballsbridge and Aqua Vetro Tower on Tara Street.

Gerard is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS registered valuer with 25 years of experience of the Irish, UK and US property and construction markets. He has worked with DTZ in London and Ireland, Askon Investments UK, Campbell Construction USA, PearceContracting UK and Kier Management UK.

His experience is across both the residential and commercial sectors with a particular interest in the housing market, the retail and leisure sectors. He has practiced in the west of Ireland for the last 15 years and is considered to one of the leading authorities on the property market throughout the region.Gerard is past chair of the western region of the Society of Chartered Surveyors. He is a regular contributor on property related matters to local, regional and national media. He is a graduate of John Moores University Liverpool and Trinity College Dublin and is currently studying Planning and Environmental Law at the kings Inns, Dublin.

Cushman & Wakefield is the commercial arm of Sherry FitzGerald Group.

Ronan begun his career in London working in the West End Offices team of Cushman & Wakefield.  In London he worked with a diverse range of landlord and tenant clients such as Shaftesbury Plc, Standard Life, British Land and Code London. On his return to Dublin, Ronan has continued to work with a diverse range of clients, mainly in the area of tenant representation.

Ronan has been involved in the acquisition of both Facebook and LinkedIn’s European Head Quarters in Dublin. From initially identifying suitable options to negotiating a deal through to lease completion, Ronan was instrumental in the entire acquisition process for both companies. He was also a central figure in the recent acquisition of Block H, Central Park for AIB and 32 Molesworth Street for MaplesFS.

Jim is owner manager of Jim Power Economics Limited, an economic and financial consultancy. In 2013, he co-founded CJP Consultants with economist Chris Johns. Both companies carry out consultancy projects, public speaking and training for a variety of public and private sector entities. He was Chief Economist to the Friends First Group and was previously Treasury Economist at AIB (1987-1991) and Chief Economist at Bank of Ireland Group Treasury (1995-2000). Jim writes a weekly column in The Examiner and is a regular contributor to media. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars both in Ireland and overseas. Jim lectures on the MSc Management at Smurfit School of Business, UCD. He is a board member of Agri-Aware and Chairman of Love Irish Food. He is also Chairman of Three Rock Capital Management, an investment firm.

Paddy is an Executive Director and Head of Tenant Advisory and Office Agency and sits on the CBRE Ireland Executive Committee.  Paddy joined CBRE in May 2002 and has a wide and varied level of experience in a number of teams including Valuations, Professional Services and Office Agency.

Since January 2009, Paddy has been heading up the Tenant Advisory team in Dublin. Utilising the experience gained in both the Offices team and Professional Services allows him to provide specific advice to a range of corporate office occupiers.

Frank Conlon is Divisional Manager, IDA Ireland, with responsibility for Regional Business Development, Strategic Property Management and Corporate Governance & Legal Services. He was appointed to this post in July 2016 and also became a member of IDA͛s Executive Leadership team. As Divisional Manager, Frank holds responsibility for the delivery of the organisation͛s regional and property strategies. His role also includes contributing to the delivery of IDA Ireland͛s Regional Investment targets and delivering on the agency͛s commitment to the DJEI Regional ͚Action Plan for Jobs͛. Frank also oversees corporate governance within the IDA. Prior to his appointment Frank held a number of senior posts within IDA Ireland, most recently as Manager of IDA͛s Strategic Property Division.Frank holds an MBA in International Business from University College Dublin and joined IDA in the mid- 1980s. He has been a member of IDA͛s senior management team since 2000.

Michael co-founded Tetrarch Capital in 2011. He is a former solicitor and attorney-at-law for the State of New York. Michael has 20 years of experience in opportunistic real estate investments and developments, primarily in the hospitality, office and residential sectors in Ireland, the UK, Eastern Europe and the US. Within Tetrarch he is responsible for the strategic direction of the business, for identifying suitable Irish real estate asset, loan and portfolio acquisition opportunities and for all manner of deal negotiation and execution. Michael also oversees the work of the company’s capital markets and Investment teams in particular. Tetrarch Capital was formed in early 2011 and has been one of the most active participants in the Irish real estate market since its incorporation. Tetrarch currently co-owns and manages assets with a value of €600+ million, with accommodation extending to over 2.5million square feet. Shannon Group was founded in 2014 and is the holding company of Shannon Airport Authority, Shannon Commercial Properties (owner of the property assets of the former Shannon Development) and Shannon Heritage. Key commercial property assets under management include the airport terminal, nine MRO aircraft hangars on the airport facility, Shannon Free Zone, technology parks in Ennis, Thurles, Tralee and National Technology Park, Limerick as well as 1,600 acres of development lands in Clare, Kerry, Limerick and Tipperary. The Shannon Free Zone is already home to 150 companies employing in excess of 7,000 employees and is one of the Shannon region’s core assets. The largest Aviation/Aerospace cluster in Ireland is in the SFZ with over 50 companies employing almost 2,000 people. In addition, the SFZ is the base for clusters of ICT, Medical Device, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Engineering and Distribution companies. Prior to joining Shannon Group, Ray was Finance Director of Barry Group, one of Ireland’s largest wholesalers and retail solutions providers. Previous to this, he was Chief Financial Officer of Eurologic Systems Ltd, one of Ireland most successful indigenous technology companies.

John’s previous roles include Chief Executive of Treasury Holdings in Ireland (which he joined in 2000) and Head of Property with AIB Investment Managers Ltd. He holds an MBA from University College Dublin and BSc Surveying from Dublin Institute of Technology.

John is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland (SCSI) and of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In 2001 he served as President of the SCSI.
