Shane has responsibility for the delivery of approximately one million square feet of office accommodation. He is currently overseeing the completion of Vertium (172,000sq ft) on Burlington Road which is entirely pre-let to an international occupier. Ronan begun his career in London working in the West End Offices team of Cushman & Wakefield. Michael co-founded Tetrarch Capital in 2011. He is a former solicitor and attorney-at-law for the State of New York.
